radnor squeeze bottle won't work

I've been trying for about two days to get this squeeze bottle paint marker to work. it's the kind that has the little roller ball and a metal tip. there's no cover on the inside that I can tell, the only thing I could guess would be dried paint before the tip? kinda like a bottle of glue. any help would be appreciated
